#Sd gundam g generation overworld english version plus
I dig the dispatch system as a way to level up units while you're playing/out and about, but it doesn't seem to scale well with large dispatch/warship groups, plus a lot of these dispatch missions have stupidly specific requirements that make it hard to progress all that far in them. Cross Rays only needs a 4x multiplier (applied via trainer) to reach the ideal leveling experience - a near 1:1 level per kill ratio, which what you'd want in a game where you need to grind to unlock new units. Compared to Overworld, the default XP gain is almost at a tolerable level. This is way longer than most Overworld stages and makes playing the game super tiring. I dunno if it's just the Seed story stages, but every stage seems to take 2 hours to clear, between the story scenes, the "control only the canon units" bits at the beginning of each stage, and the actual body of the stage where you fight dozens of enemies (including a second wave). For example, I don't know what "Auxillary Support +30" does - is it a boost to support attacks, or a boost for when a character is in a warship? Compared to Overworld (the last G Gen game I played), the UI is much better, but there's a lot of unexplained/underexplained stuff in there.
So, having pumped in about 15 hours into the game, here's what I think of the game:
